CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations received before April 13th will be fully refunded. From April 13th to April 26th a 50% refund will be granted. Cancellations received after April 27th and no-shows will be non-refundable. Substitutions from the same company are acceptable at any time, and delegates from one company may share registrations provided ACSESS is advised in advance.
