Jennifer is a results-oriented leader who has worked in the non-profit sector for over 15 years. Jennifer prides herself on building solid relationships allowing her to provide support and guidance to the volunteers and board of directors with whom she's worked. Leading special projects and helping groups to attain and surpass their association mandates is what she does best. Jennifer firmly believes there is no problem too big or too small and thrives at applying her problem-solving skills.

In line with her goal of lifelong learning, Jennifer is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and most recently obtained the Digital Event Strategist (DES) designation. Jennifer is also an active volunteer with the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE).
