To enroll into the ACSESS WSIB Health and Safety Excellence Program (HSEP), simply complete the form below.
If you have multiple WSIB Accounts, you must make a separate registration and pay the base fee for each account number. To do so, please complete the information for the first account number, and then click the button named Add Another Registrant for each additional account that you want to register.
