Professional credentialing is a statement to the business community and the clients that we serve, and it is important that the ACSESS Certification program represents the provision of quality services by staffing industry professionals who hold the CPC designation.
The Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) program offers staffing professionals an opportunity to attend industry-specific workshops on 5 core course modules. These webinar sessions are hosted virtually.

The Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) modules were developed by a group of Canadian professors and have been continuously updated and improved by industry experts. All modules are designed to include required knowledge as well as open dialogue on participant and instructor experiences.
Exemption policies and knowledge requirements to complete the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) program have been enhanced to reflect improvements adopted in the U.S. Other program improvements currently being explored include webinars and other opportunities to make this important program easily available to members in all regions of Canada.
Following completion of the required number of modules, the final step in attaining the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation is successful completion of the national online examination. There is no study guide for the examination which is a culmination of student knowledge acquired through attendance at Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) webinars and prior industry experience. Please note: that to write the examination, a candidate must have successfully completed five modules.
Certification through ACSESS helps to increase performance and signifies a commitment to professionalism in a highly competitive industry. The Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation is administered by staffing industry associations in countries around the world and gives credibility that is recognized by clients, candidates and peers.
