In today’s challenging economy, ACSESS remains focused on the priorities that will support members’ business in the year ahead. ACSESS will focus on three key issues in 2024: industry regulation and education, technology, and workforce trends.
ACSESS Annual conference will take place from May 8-10, 2024 at Mariott Downtown CF Toronto Eaton Centre.
A primary objective of ACSESS is to actively represent the industry and our membership before governments by providing input on employment legislation and regulations at the national and provincial levels. At the same time, ACSESS assumes a leadership role in ensuring that industry members are aware of legislation and regulatory changes which may affect their businesses and responsibilities as employers.
Staffing Software is our Bridgeware's single focus. Every software feature, from our initial product to the latest upgrade, has grown from an ongoing consultation with our staffing industry clients for over 30 years. This ensures that every feature is a needed and practical tool for the efficient management of a modern staffing company.
The Canadian Staffing Index was 79 in February. The Canadian Staffing Index reflects the volume of labor supplied by temporary staffing agencies in Canada. It is based upon the number of billed hours reported by a monthly panel of leading staffing firms, and the index is not adjusted for seasonal factors. The index value of 100 corresponds to the size of the industry in July 2008, when the index began.
